United Kingdom:

• Standard Shipping (2–4 business days): £3.99 (Free for orders over £50)
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): £4.99

International Shipping:

• We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Delivery:

All orders are shipped via reputable couriers with tracking.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Trekkrs is not responsible for orders 
delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges 
may apply.

Delays & Issues:

• While we strive to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, customs).
• If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our

Order Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Returns Period:
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your running hydration vest if you change your mind. After notifying us of your intention to cancel within this 14-day period, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.
For faulty or misdescribed items, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Beyond 30 days and up to 6 months, you may request a repair or replacement if the item is faulty, subject to proof that the fault was present at purchase.

Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received
• Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Hygienic seals on hydration vests must not be removed or broken
• Hydration bladders or bottles must not have been filled or used
  

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a 
restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of hydration vests or accessories where the hygiene seals have been removed, or hydration bladders/bottles that have been filled or used.

How to Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@trekkrs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.

Please use a tracked and insured postal service to return your item and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.

International Orders:
For non-UK orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for return instructions.

Legal Rights:
