Returns Policy

Returns Period:
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your running hydration vest if you change your mind. After notifying us of your intention to cancel within this 14-day period, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.
For faulty or misdescribed items, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Beyond 30 days and up to 6 months, you may request a repair or replacement if the item is faulty, subject to proof that the fault was present at purchase.

Condition of Returned Items:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when received
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Hygienic seals on hydration vests must not be removed or broken
  • Hydration bladders or bottles must not have been filled or used

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a 
restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of hydration vests or accessories where the hygiene seals have been removed, or hydration bladders/bottles that have been filled or used.

How to Return:
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at support@trekkrs.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.

Please use a tracked and insured postal service to return your item and keep your proof of postage.

Refunds:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above and place a new order separately.

International Orders:
For non-UK orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for return instructions.

Legal Rights:
This returns policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
